The Liftmaster LA500XL20W Dual is designed to be used in a residential location, but it is not uncommon to be used in small commercial locations. The LA500XL20W is a solar powered swing gate opener with solar panel, XL Control Box and 33 amp hour batteries. The LA500XL20W includes settings such as Soft Start/Stop and Mid-Travel Reversal, Commercial-Duty Cast Aluminum Housing with Heavy-Duty DC Motor, Inherent Reversing Sensor, Fire Department Compliance, Keyed Manual Disconnect, Surge Suppression, Quick Close/Anti-Tailgate, and Molecularly Bonded Coating.
