The Liftmaster LA400 Dual is designed for dual swing gates in residential areas. The LA400 Dual are also commonly used for gates on ranches, farms, and driveways. The Liftmaster LA400 Dual has a commercial-duty cast aluminum housing with heavy-duty DC motor powerful enough to perform in the most demanding applications. The LA400 Dual has applications that include; Keyed manual disconnect, Fire department compliance, Inherent reversing sensor, Soft start/stop and mid-travel reversal, Surge suppression, and Party Pass that allows for the gates to be held open for an extended period of time, ideal for parties.
