The Viking T21 Swing Gate OpenerThe Viking T21 NX UL Next Generation Swing Gate is one of the most advanced Viking gate openers we offer. As commercial swing gate openers go, the Viking T21 Swing Gate Opener has just what you need. It operates on either 110v or 220v electric current, which drives its 24v DC one-HP motor and has a built-in battery backup for when the power is out. The battery backup is good for 100 opening/closing cycles.This Viking automatic swing gate opener can handle a 20′ gate weighing up to 1200 pounds or a 12′ gate weighing in at up to a ton. It features built-in lightning protection, can detect obstructions and includes a 5-year commercial and 7-year residential warranty.
